Here’s the thing, people are unfortunately used to tax being a mandatory part of their lives.
They get a salary, where the tax is ripped out, and the rest of the amount is thrown at them. For example, if someone earns a £50,000 salary, your take home pay will be £37,662 after tax and National Insurance.
If someone earns a £100,000 salary, your take home pay will be £66,689 after tax and National Insurance.
It’s shocking.
